Assist in the management of the Fulton Facility Staff to include tellers, customer service, and safe deposit areas
Oversee teller/vault operations to include staffing, schedules, offages and training
Oversee operations of governmental accounts to insure transactions are completed accurately and timely
Insure that Fulton Facility Staff is properly trained in all their duties to include customer service, security, regulations and facility operations
Responsible for the Facility Sales Program / STEP to include training, promotions monitoring and coaching
Assist in Customer Service area as needed
