In this role you will utilize your prior experience and ERP expertise in leading project teams, executing plans, and business process re-engineering to develop sustainable Oracle ERP Financial solutions.* Responsible for Designing Oracle ERP Financial processes for multiple business units
* Ensure common designs are followed that are globally GAP compliant for Oracle Financial segment with special focus on AR, AP, GL, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Account Reconciliation, SubLedger Accounting, Revenue Management, Product Line Accounting, Cash
* Ensure designs meet US GAAP, Local Statutory & Taxation Regimes, while enabling GE reporting requirements
* Streamline redundant processes & integrations and support GE Energy Simplification initiatives
* Utilize influencing and negotiation skills to drive standards and the adoption of standards by requisite business and shared service teams through ability to work in a matrix environment
* Provide ERP solutions in the design, development, modification, implementation and maintenance of cost effective business solutions on multiple ERP projects simultaneously. Facilitate solutions to complex business problems from project request through implementation of complex integrated solutions
* Deliver quality improvements and root-cause analysis for ERP related complex business problems and issues and work closely with delivery managers ensuring on-time execution of all deliverables
* Provide understanding and articulate tax process capabilities, considerations, and integrations for standard tax processes and software standards. Maintain repository of all ERP processes design and execution
* Align ERP design strategy with GE standards where applicable. Maximize utilization of ERP applications core functionalities and simplify/reduce customizations
* Follow GE Six-sigma Tollgate process and contribute to Tollgate deliverables* Proven ability to influence and negotiate the adoption of standards by requisite business and shared service teams
* Proven ability to work in a matrix environment
* Proven ability to provide ERP solutions in the design, development, modification, implementation and maintenance of cost effective business solutions on multiple ERP projects simultaneously

* Strong knowledge and understanding of application configurations, setups for ERP modules and ability to perform said tasks
* Proven ability to align ERP design strategy with overarching standards and maximized utilization of ERP applications core functionalities to simplify/reduce customizations
* GE Six-sigma Tollgate process knowledge
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Mathematics with additional degree like full-time MBA with Finance or CPA/CA/CFA/ICWA
* Hands-on 6+ years experience in Oracle Financials implementing at least 2 large-scale full life cycle global Oracle ERP implementations
* Expertise in ERP Applications business and technical Architecture, Methodologies, and Standards (AOL, AIM, API's, etc.)
* Expert knowledge of full financial data flow from Order to Remittance, Procure to Payment, and Project to Profit, in addition to full understanding of Transactional Tax flow in ERP and the reporting requirements for outside agencies* MS in Computer Science or related degree
* Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
* Project Management (PMI) certifications preferred
* Excellent leadership, Project management and Strategic thinking skills, and a proven ability to collaborate and communicate well with senior staff
* Solid technical understanding of Oracle EBS data structures and processes
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead design sessions with business and technical audiences to come up with solutions for ERP domain
* Experienced in a phased Oracle ERP implementation with business processes spanning manufacturing products, construction projects, and/or implementation services
* Quality and cost driven
* Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans and the action plans of others
* Experience with design for supportability in ERP Financials space
* Experience with a Single Instance ERP implementation for multiple business units and multiple countries
