Job Description:  Aegis Therapies has a unique rehabilitation outcome measure (ROM) system. All of our clinicians are credentialed to use this system, which is approved by JCAHO. The Rehab Outcomes Measure has met the criteria for inclusion in the accreditation process and is included on the Joint Commission’s list of acceptable systems. Aegis Therapies has innovative, industry-leading programs in place. These include our older-adult Model of Care, Freedom Through Functionality, and the Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM) program. Requirements: Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy. Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required. Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Must demonstrate good time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with patients, patient’s family members and facility staff. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and post-offer employment physical exam if required. Must be capable of performing essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have own transportation to travel between sites as needed. Must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish specific job duties and assignments. Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.

Will arrange proper training content / courses to meet regional needs in coordination with GGO.• Responsible to build learning plan and execute training strategy for the region.
• Conduct appropriate training needs surveys to determine the learning needs of the region and the Leadership Development requirements.
• Liaise with GGO Learning colleagues and functional program managers and business units to ensure. that appropriate learning opportunities are offered, scheduled and well coordinated.
• Manage the training process for assigned courses.
• Identify, assess and select internal/external facilitators; training companies and manage instructor. certifications using objective selection criteria and assuring that international standards are achieved.
• Develop and maintain the training calendar and serve as a key resource for the region.
• Manage the training budget, achieving quarterly and annual financial targets.
• Work with local universities as needed.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. (Business Administration, Human Resources or Industrial Engineering).
• 10 years plus business experience (desirable HR and Training management experience).
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in development (including instructional design and adult learning principles) and delivery (both classroom and technology- based methodologies).
• Successful managerial experience working with external training providers and ability to maximize resources.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships with various business units, analyzing customer. needs, working with various countries/ cultures/external vendors, developing and managing budgets. and managing and leading regionally training needs as required.
• Experience working as an assessor, leader and trainer.
• Strong operational experience – HR is the preferred experience base.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a matrix environment.
• Willing to travel within Latin America 30% aprox as required.
• Ability to adapt to different styles and effectively operate in a multicultural team.
• Strong written and oral communication. Able to work and communicate at all levels in the organization.
•Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with various technologies and flexible learning offerings.
•Tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese).
•Expert in the use of standard Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).•Six sigma certified
•HRLP graduated
•Master’s degree in Organization Development
• A strong network within GE and the Global Learning Community>
