30-something family, primarily American, living in Mexico. Family speaks English, and Spanish. Looking for a female or male Au Pair. Our aupair will need to have a driver's license. Light housekeeping is not required, and we will not accept an aupair that smokes.

We are a American and Mexican couple, living in a small city in the State of Oaxaca. We both teach full time at a local university. We are both bilingual and our kids understand English, but as the community language is Spanish, we are looking for an English speaking AuPair to motivate the kids to speak English. We would consider a non-native speaker of English who has passed the Cambridge Advanced English or similiar exam. The hours would be from 1pm to 7:30pm Monday to Friday. We can provide a room, or you could live on your own. We have twin daughters and a baby boy who will need your attention during those hours. Our daughters also go to piano lessons and ballet classes during that time, and you can take them via public transportation.

Melissa is an American teacher of English who has lived in Mexico for almost 15 years. Marcelino is a Mexican mathematician who speaks English well. We have seven year old identical twins and a darling baby boy who is nearly two. We enjoy spending time outdoors and travelling around the region. We live in Huajuapan de Leon, in the Mixtec region of the state of Oaxaca. We don't eat much meat and grow some of our own food. We harvest rainwater and have tried to make our conventional house as green as possible. The air where we live is very clean and we don't mare it with chemical cleaners in our house. Books are an important part of our lives. We would love to welcome someone similiar into our home and would accept a student on a short term contract of a summer or semester. Or someone who is interested in staying longer. While our motivation is to give our children more exposure to English, I recognize this would be a great chance for someone looking to learn Spanish, and could arrange for morning classes with a local teacher.

The Latin America Technical Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the pre-sales, deployment and integration of the PayPal payment processing services for the Latin American Markets. This entails rolling out PayPal to channel partners in the financial and ecommerce sectors as well as merchants and includes platform/software developers. Nominations and applications are invited for the position of Coordinator, the Gulf of Mexico University Research Collaborative (GOMURC), a university-based oceanographic research consortium representing institutions across Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. The Gulf of Mexico University Research Collaborative (GOMURC) supports and facilitates the work of educators, scientists, and agencies responding to state, regional, national, and international concerns. This position is responsible for coordinating, supporting and promoting the mission and activities of the GOMURC.

Essential Duties: The Coordinator is responsible for working with members to develop and promote the overall mission and strategies of the GOMURC and to oversee day-to-day operations, including personnel and budget management. Working closely with the Chair of the GOMURC, the Coordinator will independently ensure that the goals and objectives of the GOMURC are accomplished through overseeing assigned duties and resources. In addition, the primary responsibilities of the Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

Planning: Draft and execute (upon approval) a strategic plan and bylaws for the GOMURC. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute conferences, workshops, and other special events on behalf of the GOMURC.

Advocacy: Seek and promote opportunities to develop and strengthen partnerships with local, state and federal organizations, including an emphasis on collaboration with the Gulf of Mexico Alliance and its affiliated organizations. Build partnerships with other institutions to support and facilitate programs that will enhance the quality and scope of cooperative educational and research programs across the region. The Coordinator will represent the five members of the GOMURC on a local, regional, and/or national level.
Coordination: Assist members in identifying opportunities and developing collaborative research proposals for external funding. Facilitate the publication of reports and research findings that will benefit the success of the GOMURC. Develop, maintain and organize contact databases of collaborators, and serve as liaison between institutions across the five member states.

Accountability: Support members in conducting assessments, evaluations and analyses on the progress of overall program effectiveness together with implementing appropriate procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy to fulfill the GOMURC's mission. Prepare written reports and present recommendations for GOMURC members to review and approve on an annual basis.

Communication: Develop a comprehensive communication plan to promote and implement research initiatives established by GOMURC members. Support, lead, and participate in conferences to provide educational outreach to the educational and scientific communities as well as the general public. Support a marine science web forum for members to discuss selected topics.

Hosted, in the first instance, by the Florida Institute of Oceanography (located in St. Petersburg, Florida), this position will require travel across the five state region and nation, to conduct/organize/lead workshops and conferences on behalf of the GOMURC.

Minimum Requirements: A Master's degree in an appropriate field and five (5) years successful leadership experience of a statewide, regional or national educational and/or scientific organization with a focus on marine science and oceanography. Demonstrable success in building multi-constituent collaborations, including public and private sector agencies. Knowledge of State and Federal political processes. Highly effective written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of the Gulf of Mexico region and a thorough understanding of the scientific issues related to restoration of the marine and coastal habitat.

Preferred Requirements: PhD in Marine Science or ABD in related field.

La Mesa EOS Test Engineer will be required to support electronics and optical testing in a high volume DOD/MIL production environment. The task will entail coordination with Orlando GTL staff on test equipment development, test procedure development, test equipment maintenance and debug. This LMF OES Test Engineer will be the first line troubleshooter of HP 3070, PXI, Eclypse, DITMCO, and manual test equipment. Test Engineer will be required to coordinate all procedural and software changes with the Orlando staff.Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
