You will gain a chance to work for a premier facilities and infrastructure provider who have been awarded a contract to redevelop and optimise the production of two mature oil fields in Mexico, where they hope to substantially increase production.The company will be working alongside the national Mexican oil company, where they are currently redeveloping their fields over the next 20 years. The aim of the Production Superintendent is to coordinate the development of plans, programs and budgets monthly and annual operations processes for the efficient management of company resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule and monitor the operational areas in their charge.

- Fully manage the billing process.

- Monitor, evaluate and monitor the activities or client projects directly related to the production and appraisal wells.

- Promote and advise on products and services company, with visits scheduled permanent customers.

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the annual maintenance of the operational areas of the company.

- Prepare and submit to the Operations Department periodic reports on the progress of work, detailing costs and results achieved in the projects in the area, development of indicators.

Candidate Requirements

Mexican Nationals Only

Spanish and English speaking bilingual.
Relevant Mechanical Engineering degree.

Development and Production Project Implementation and Evaluation of Oil Wells

Startup and Operations Coordination surface equipment and fund projects to provide services

Artificial Lift Systems Hydraulic especially

Knowledge management software design of hydraulic pumps

Coordination, monitoring and supervision of engineering works on contracts with the client

Management, monitoring and management of operations and maintenance personnel
