Handles multiple inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues. Prepares brand competitive analyses, and other reports which directly impacts business operations. Participates in and may lead project teams.
This position is responsible for:
- Establishing Strategic Marketing Direction for Home Care business
- Developing strategies to increase market penetration for Scotch-Brite products
- Developing existing and new market segments
- Introducing New Products into the market to expand Growth Spaces
- Defining Product Portfolio & Pricing strategy
- Determining Distribution Strategies
- Establishing Market Research objectives
- Establishing Advertising & Promotion strategies and programs to build S. Brite brand equity and manage Adv & Merch. budget.
- AR & Inventory Turns management within established targets
- Managing P&L for Home Care to reach established Sales & Profit goals
- Liason between marketing, sales, sourcing, manufacturing, financial and other related functions.
- Managing, developing and retaining marketing direct reports.
- Establishing Operational Discipline to achieve Execution targets.
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Supervising marketing teams
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consumer goods market in marketing
- Brand Management experience. Knowledge of Advertising (working with Adv. Agency to develop a Brand Communications campaign)
- Financial & Analytical Skills
- English proficient
- Ability to manage cross functional teams
- Master in Marketing or MBA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has worked in Home Care Markets
