GECAS offers a wide range of aircraft types and financing options, including operating leases and secured debt financing, and also provides productivity solutions including spare engine leasing, spare parts financing and management. GECAS, a unit of GE Capital, has offices in 25 cities around the world.This is a part time role providing administrative support in relation to day to day business activities/events to a team in Latin America, primarily in Mexico.- Schedules/coordinates appointments between executives/clients, keeping executives and other personnel informed, as needed.
- Arranges domestic and international travel plans (e.g., flights, hotel, car, ground transportation, upgrades, visa/passports).
- Creates and edits complex Word and Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations with high attention to detail.
- Processes monthly corporate card and cash expenses.
- Prepares for and/or participates in meetings by compiling agendas, preparing and distributing materials, recording minutes, and coordinating and communicating various departmental activities.
- Offers support with general office administration.
- Performs special projects, as requested. Maintains files/records relating to project or function using filing standards.
- Performs additional duties as required. Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years related working experience in a corporate environment at a senior contributor level.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Mexico.
- Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week, approx. 4 hours per day.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Highly motivated, confident, able to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to perform
under pressure/against tight deadlines.
- Mastery of Office 2000 with experience and advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent administrative and inter-personal skills.
- Experience interfacing with senior management and high
profile clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise memoranda.
- Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem-solver.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Heavy telephone interaction – answer and direct calls as appropriate.
- Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional organization skills and detail orientation.
- Knowledge of GE policies/procedures.
- Basic understanding of finance and business.
